Rashidah Farid is awarded a 2018 Fellowship with the University of Michigan Environmental Fellow Program
Rashidah Farid was awarded a 2018 Environment Grantmakers Association Fellowship from the University of Michigan Environmental Fellows Program. Her fellowship placement was with the New England Grassroots Environment Fund, in Newmarket, New Hampshire. Her work focused on survey development and assessment in the Environmental Health issue area, as well as Rhode Island Catalyst Conversation Workshop planning. Congratulations Rashidah!
Yichao Zeng completed a successful field season in Wolong Nature Reserve collecting data on human impacts on giant panda habitat using participatory mapping methods.
He then presented his preliminary findings at the 2018 Ecological Society of America (ESA) meeting in New Orleans, LA on August 6, 2018. Great job Yichao!
